Qui sommes-nous ?
Description du poste
Weastem is a finance & strategy firm for the New Climate Era. We support financial institutions, asset managers, private equity firms, and corporates across Europe to navigate systemic risks, climate disruption, and emerging sustainability mandates. Founded in 2025 in Paris, we are a growing ecosystem of 20+ professionals located at the intersection of strategy, finance, and sustainability. We hold one conviction: finance must shift from being a lever of extraction to a force of transformation rooted in long-term value, resilience, and responsibility.
Our ambition is clear
→ Help shift the economy from an extractive model to a regenerative one — by positioning finance as a strategic accelerator of that transition. This translates into:
- Acting as a lab for regenerative finance innovation
- Developing strategies and frameworks that move beyond compliance into transformation
- Cultivating systemic thinking and cross-sector collaboration
- Training the next generation of finance professionals to work with purpose and vision
Weastem is expanding — and we are currently seeking consultants ready to play a key role in delivering and shaping missions that matter.
Your mission
As an Strategy & Sustainability consultant, you will be an integral part of our consulting teams — not an observer, but a contributor. Under the guidance of experienced consultants and managers, you will gain firsthand exposure to how finance, strategy, and sustainability intersect through real client work.
You will :
Contribute to client engagements under the supervision of consultants and managers
Conduct research on ESG regulations, climate and biodiversity dynamics, and market trends
Support the preparation of client deliverables such as benchmarks, analyses, interview guides, and presentations
Assist in structuring methodologies for sustainability assessments and impact measurement
Participate in internal knowledge development and knowledge-sharing initiatives
To ensure your learning and development, you will be supervised and coached with regular feedback, and your work will evolve as your skills grow. Our goal is to help you become a thoughtful, rigorous and impact-driven professional.
Core Types of Missions You Might Support
Strategic ESG / sustainability due diligence
Portfolio risk & resilience analysis (climate, biodiversity, social dynamics)
Design of adaptation, climate, and regenerative finance strategies
Transformation roadmaps for financial and non-financial institutions
Development of investment methodologies that embed sustainability into value creation
