Offered as full-time or part-time intensive courses, Le Wagon's training programs have helped our students to accelerate their careers, transition into tech, or launch their own startups. To fuel our global growth, we’re looking for an energetic and talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our revenue team in Lisbon. Working closely with the Sales, Admissions, Fundings and Marketing teams, your role will involve proactively engaging with motivated prospective students to guide them through their training and application journey, and representing Le Wagon at events.
Outbound Sales
Proactively contact and qualify leads from HubSpot, addressing potential sales blockers (e.g., course fit, financing) to convert them into applicants.
Follow up with qualified leads to provide tailored information about Le Wagon’s programs and support them through the application process.
Inbound Sales
Respond to inbound sales inquiries (emails, phone calls) and conduct sales meetings to address questions and guide leads toward application.
Develop and execute nurturing campaigns, collaborating closely with the Marketing & CRM team to engage leads through targeted content and follow-ups.
Events & Community Engagement
Represent Le Wagon with passion at external events (fairs, campus events, online) and host your own info sessions to inspire prospective students and convert them into applicants.
Support Student Enrollment
Help motivated candidates apply quickly and smoothly to our bootcamps by guiding them through a streamlined application process.
Work hand-in-hand with our Admissions team to assist candidates interested in Le Wagon’s short courses, ensuring they get the support they need to enroll.
Profil recherché
Based in Lisbon (hybrid remote policy; not fully remote).
A clear and confident communicator, with exceptional written and verbal skills in French (C1/native) and English (B2-C1/Fluent).
Motivated and results-driven, whether you’re a junior eager to learn or an experienced sales professional.
Tech & AI passionate: You don’t need hard technical skills, but a strong understanding of the tech/AI landscape, job market trends, and a curiosity to stay ahead are essential to connect with our audience.
