Facilitator for creative sessions for teenagers (bénévolat)Kaleidoscope

We provide support for unaccompanied and accompanied displaced teenagers across Calais and Dunkirk, northern France, by facilitating youth sessions and activities to support with self-expression, identity building and trauma mitigation. Activities range from music, arts and sports to technology, woodwork and textiles skills, team games and creative projects - but we are always excited to see the amazing ideas and contributions volunteers bring in their own areas of interest.

We are looking for volunteers who are passionate about making a difference to the lives of teenagers, to support us in the planning and delivery of youth sessions and activities for displaced teenagers aged 12-18. Our volunteers support with planning and facilitating our activities, including music and arts workshops, sports activities, games and any specialist workshops according to their skills and areas of interest. Volunteers also support with administrative tasks such as maintaining our resources, making regular reports on the impact of our work, updating our social media, and fundraising and advocacy campaigns.

Formation des bénévoles
Volunteers take part in an initial one-week onboarding and training, where we support them with the transition into working in this challenging context, and equip them with the skills and knowledge they will need to be a proactive and important member of our team!
