This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive Engineering student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment. Mentored throughout, you will support the engineering team to assist them with improvement measures, introduce efficiencies, support business objectives, design and manufacture test equipment. This experience will expose you to many areas within Engineering and is the ideal opportunity to develop, both professionally and personally! Profil recherché

Tasks: • Investigate improvements in production, time and motion and customer needs • Resolve problems proactively, both independently and as part of a team • Provide technical support to production, purchasing, QA and Sales • Design and manufacture test equipment • Update and develop new written procedures • Write technical reports • Support other team members where required • Re-layout of the production factory Skills: • Working towards or recently graduated from a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook • Ability to organise and prioritise, working under pressure, to meet tight deadlines • Ability to use initiative to resolve problems • Ability to communicate, at all levels, both verbally and in writing • Great interpersonal and team working skills • Attention to detail
