Profil recherché

Tasks: • Gather freight rates from carriers and partners, calculate costs, and send quotes to customers. • Confirm bookings with customers, arrange transport with carriers, and coordinate schedules. • Communicate with customers, carriers, and overseas partners to ensure smooth shipment handling. • Ensure all necessary shipping documents are accurate and shared with relevant parties. • Generate invoices for customers, verify carrier invoices, and resolve any discrepancies. • Keep customers informed about shipment status, delays, and any changes. Skills: • Studying for a degree in supply chain, manufacturing management, logistics or other relevant • Strong communication and organisational skills. • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
