Job Description:

• Technical advice and support as regards the feasibility/possibilities to further develop the relevant to be create library in line with user requirements/specifications
• Support in the implementation (including the creation of pages, uploading of documents, ensuring the search works as intended, implementation of interactive elements);
• Drafting of a User Guides
• Following go-live, providing support for users and the project management team and perform bug-fixes;
• Exploring possibilities for an electronic approval workflow flow and relevant design making
• Exploring possibilities for replacing the current excel version of the system's Processes and Procedures Inventory

Your qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years experience as a MS Sharepoint expert/specialist 
MS Sharepoint (MS SharePoint 2019 ModernUI)
Creating Sharepoint pages including relevant technical features (e.g. for interactive elements, search function etc.), ideally as site owner in ‘library’ concept for knowledge sharing purpose, including experience creating modern pages and structuring content for search and in the establishment of efficient and effective search function;
Drafting user guides (non-technical language);
Electronic document management.
English language (minimum C.1 European level)
