Job Description

Your Mission: Own the Sales Process & Drive Growth

As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our sales efforts—consulting, negotiating, and closing deals while ensuring the best client experience possible. You will handle inbound and outbound sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries from B2B and B2C clients worldwide.

  • Manage pricing and quotes to provide competitive solutions.

  • Coordinate with operations teams to organize and track shipments.

  • Negotiate pricing and services with customers to ensure high-value deals.

  • Engage across multiple channels (email, phone, live chat, WhatsApp, etc.).

  • Utilize CRM tools (Zoho CRM) to track leads and manage customer interactions.

  • Report directly to management on sales performance and market trends.

  • Prospect and qualify leads to expand our client base.

Profile Needed

Must-Haves:

✔ Fluent in French & English—Any additional language is a plus.

✔ BA/BS degree is a plus, but not mandatory—we prioritize soft skills.

✔ Exceptional interpersonal skills—charisma, negotiation, and ability to close deals.

✔ Proven sales experience with a track record of over-achieving targets.

✔ Strong multitasking abilities—ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

✔ Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems (Zoho CRM is a plus).

✔ Customer-oriented mindset—ability to adapt/respond to different client profiles.

✔ Strong phone skills—active listening, problem-solving, and persuasion.

Nice-to-Haves:

➕ Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or sourcing.

➕ Background in a startup or fast-growing company.
