Based in the heart of Singapore, Destination Beverage is a dynamic company specializing in the import and distribution of high-end beverages, including craft spirits, fine wines, and premium mixers. Serving as a strategic bridge between international producers and the Asian market, the company supplies Singapore’s most prestigious establishments, ranging from luxury hotels and world-renowned cocktail bars to Michelin-starred restaurants.

• E-Commerce & Digital Sales (40%):

- Managing and monitoring orders on Lazada and Shopee platforms.

- Real-time stock level monitoring and digital inventory updates.

- Ensuring high customer service standards through platform messaging.

• Logistics & Order Fulfillment (30%):

- Physical stock management and organization within the warehouse.

- Hands-on preparation of orders, including professional packaging and labeling.

• Field Sales & Business Development (20%):

- Identifying and prospecting new clients (bars, restaurants, liquor stores).

- Participating in field sales visits to present our latest products.

• Events & Brand Activation (10%):

- Preparing logistics and materials for masterclasses, tastings, and pop-up events.

- On-site support during brand activations to ensure smooth execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for an autonomous, curious individual with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Education: Student in Business School, Communication, or Management (Minimum BAC+2 of higher education/Associate Degree).

• Languages: English level B2 minimum. You will work in a 100% English-speaking environment.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with graphic design tools (knowledge of Canva is a plus).

• Soft Skills: A "hunter" mindset, proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt to a multicultural work environment.
