Job Description

Aterim, a worldwide leading umbrella company is recruiting a Support Team Intern to support the operations of the company.

  • Contract: End of studies' internship

  • Duration: 3 to 6-month

  • Start date: Immediatly

  • Place of work: Aterim, Block 1 Airvista Office Park, Dublin, Ireland

  • Gratification: 4.50 € per hour

Reporting to the Operations management, the Support Team Associate is strongly participating to Aterim smooth day-to-day operations by supporting the Business Management team members, Finance departement and Staff worldwide. The role is structured around the following areas:

  • Support the creation of commercial offers including pricing and advice on travel, immigration, and logistics;

  • Support the implementation of operational activities with legal, HR, immigration, and logistical aspects;

  • Support on-going operations with bookings and administratives tasks;

  • Operate the eSignature process for documents, contracts and agreements;

  • Update the company handbook with new procedures and information;

  • Track and update company controlled documents library;

  • Participation in the implementation of new tools and processes.

Profile Needed

  • Attention to detail and organisation in work, ability to function asynchronously (we regularly work across different time zones or with people who travel frequently)

  • Proactivity, versatility, and good adaptability

  • Assess and resolve problems effectively

  • Experience or interest in HR or administrative activities

  • Support capabilities with a commitment to delivering excellent service

  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and team members

  • Mandatory Language: English (Full professional proficiency), French is a plus
