In a context of strong growth, we are looking for :
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Based in Thyez, France, you will support and work closely with our current Business Development Manager to develop our business in the DACH regions (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and parts of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
You will combine technical expertise and strategic influence in markets that are truly shaping the future.
Main responsibilities
Support the existing Business Development Manager in managing key defense and aerospace accounts.
Develop new opportunities and create design-ins with direct customers, integrators, and distributors in the DACH & CEE regions.
Translate complex technical requirements into innovative, tailor-made solutions, with the support of the engineering teams.
Work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Collaborate with the marketing department to define the product development strategy
Participate in major trade shows and events in the DACH & CEE regions
Profile Needed
With a higher technical education (engineering or equivalent) in aerospace, naval, defense technology, or a related field, you have 3 or more years of experience in the sale of industrial technical solutions or business development in the defense/aerospace/naval sectors.
You are proficient in CRM tools for tracking opportunities and customer relationships.
Good knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
Fluency in English is mandatory. German and/or French is a plus.
Ability to adapt your communication style to a variety of audiences: engineers, buyers, etc.
Enjoy challenges, work independently, are a team player, and have an interest in technology.
Willingness to travel within the DACH & CEE regions 50% of the time.
