Competitor intelligence – Consumer / Industrial • Build data base with our wallcover Competitor technical info (basing on visit reports): Production machines technical data (width, speed, technologies…), number of plants & location • Competitor actions tracker (Sharepoint database) • Recommendations on the new segments (where competitors are present) 2. Market intelligence – Industrial Consolidate & share the information we would receive from architect associations for back channel selling opportunities into the Building markets in US / Europe MARKET STUDY / SUPPORT IN STRATEGY DEFINITION 1. Table Décor – Consumer: Business segments analysis, market info update to stipulate on strategy actions 2. Flooring (focus on Carpet Backings) – Industrial: Evaluate the market in Europe / US; understand final product structure; opportunities MARKETING / COMMUNICATION Expo Shows: FESPA 2025: Support the team in preparation and follow-up on leads met during the show. Update of list of Expo Shows for all product segments (geography, frequency, next edition) Update sample books for wallcover range SALES Update info in Customer Connect software (Customer contacts / Opportunities information)
