Scarabée Biocoop est une coopérative d'intérêt collectif (SCIC) dont les activités principales sont la distribution de produits biologiques au sein des magasins Scarabée Biocoop, et la restauration bio-végétarienne, avec les restaurants Pique-Prune.
La coopérative compte environ 185 salariés et regroupe neuf magasins, deux restaurants, un salon de coiffure et de coloration végétale et des fonctions transverses tous situés dans la métropole rennaise. Entreprise de l’Economie Sociale et Solidaire, Scarabée Biocoop porte, depuis 41 ans, le projet de développer :
